About  Dongyun Liang AP. DOM.

Chief Physician, graduated from Department of Medicine, Shandong University of TCM in China in 1982. She has worked at Shandong Jining Gynecological   Hospital, Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences, Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute and Shandong Provincial Chest Hospital.  She served as Director of Chinese Medicine Department and Director of National Respiratory Diseases Committee.  She has published more than 30 academic papers in journals both in China and abroad.  Her article “Treating Sequelae of CVA with Scalp Needling won the International Chinese Medicine Extraordinary Achievement Award. She taught at Chinese Medicine Institute in Miami and served as Academic Dean.  During 2000-2002, she participated in the research of clinical observation on Pharmaceuticals and Acupuncture treatment for Parkinson’s, sponsored by American National Parkinson’s Research Foundation.  Later, her related paper on Acupuncture treatment for Parkinson’s was published in the Medical Journal in Paris, France. In 2005, she was invited by WLRN, a well-known TV station in Miami as a special guest, to speak about Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. On several occasions, she was invited to give lectures to the staff at FIU (Florida International University) and UM (University of Miami) on the topic of Chinese Medicine and Healthcare. For many years, she counselled the patients at American Cancer Wellness Center with psychotherapy and dietary habits. She has contributed positively to the popularization and development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine overseas.  In September 2014, she found a Shandong University of TCM Overseas Alumni Association. She was the Chairman of the Board and President of the Alumni Association.  At present, she is a Council Member of the Board of Special Committee of Gynecology of TCMAAA, Council Member of the Board of Special Committee of Reproductive Medicine of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), Vice Chairperson of Board of Specialty Committee of External Treatment Methods She is also an Executive Council Member of the Neijing Research Committee of WFCMS.  She received Wenzhou Medical University’s appointment as a Senior Expert of the First Expert Committee of China-US Institute for Acupuncture and Rehabilitation. She is a DAOM guest professor. Her article “How to utilize TCM analysis BBT” has been adopted as PHD class at America TCM University. She is the Clinical Director of Oriental Therapy Center in Miami USA.  Dongyun Liang has accumulated rich clinical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of Gynecological diseases, especially in infertility for man and woman and difficult miscellaneous diseases.
